Network Health and Social Care - Nurseries

Network Health and Social Care have been successfully delivering qualified nursery nurses and nursery assistants to a wide range of local authorities and private sector clients since 2001. Our thorough understanding of the nursery market along with our high standards, best value and rapid response are an integral factor in our success.

We have substantial experience as a Master Vendor provider for a number of local authorities throughout the UK, which provides the client with a one stop service solution for all staffing needs. This service delivery has been augmented by our internally developed bespoke 'e' platform for purchasing and booking.

In addition, we have built strong relationships with many private sector organizations, which repeatedly return to us to alleviate short term staffing and permanent recruitment needs.

Our Commitment to You

We have an ongoing recruitment campaign to attract and register high calibre candidates. We utilize appropriate advertising arenas but the majority are referred to us by regular staff who enjoy the benefits we offer.

Network Health and Social Care work hard to keep staff; we offer attractive benefits but more importantly we take the time to develop strong relationships with our workers and treat them with the respect they deserve.

All applicants have a competency based face to face interview, and flexible workers have enhanced CRB checks with POVA & POCA. We verify their qualifications and experience and their eligibility to work in the UK. We secure a minimum of two relevant references, one of which is from the most recent employer. Each worker completes a comprehensive health questionnaire.

All staff are qualified for the assignments they undertake; qualified nursery nurses NVQ 3, NNEB or BTEC Dip and nursery assistants NVQ 2 or BTEC Cert.

If you have any interim staffing needs or permanent vacancies we would welcome the opportunity to assist, by providing:

  • Experienced consultants to handle your vacancies ¿ temporary or permanent
  • A professional but friendly service
  • An ongoing commitment to high quality service delivery
  • A fast response to all staffing requests

  • Regular support for, and monitoring of, temporary staff and aftercare for permanent placements
  • A clear charging policy with no additional charges
