We recognise the value of your experience and qualifications and offer attractive incentives to reward your ongoing loyalty to Network Health and Social Care. These incentives are paid quarterly and can be used towards your ongoing training or can be paid directly into your bank account, and your consultant will discuss the scheme with you during the registration process.

Introduce a Friend Scheme.
A bonus of £250 is paid to a social worker when they introduce another qualified social worker who subsequently completes 3 months work through the agency.
G.S.C.C. Registration.
If, at the date of your G.S.C.C. registration renewal, you are working for Network Health and Social Care, having completed at least 3 months work, we will pay your renewal fee.
Training.
We have a broad range of courses available and will access further opportunities as you progress to ensure that we are actively supporting your GSCC training and development requirements, PQ training and any other professional development you may wish to engage in. We have developed relationships with local providers to develop and deliver training packages to suit our the needs of our locums.
Our Salary and Remuneration Package.
