We have an ongoing recruitment campaign to attract and register high calibre candidates. We utilize appropriate advertising arenas but the majority are referred to us by regular staff who enjoy the benefits we offer.
Network Health and Social care work hard to keep staff; we offer an attractive loyalty scheme, pay for GSCC registration renewal and offer financial assistance towards ongoing training. More importantly we take the time to develop strong relationships with our workers and offer them any necessary support through informal contact and regular placement reviews. All applicants are interviewed, and locums workers have enhanced CRB checks with POVA & POCA. We verify their qualications and experience and their eligibility to work in the UK. We secure a minimum of two relevant references, one of which is from the most recent employer.

Online Timesheets - eTimesheets
Network Healthcare now offers its clients and employees the ability to process timesheets electronically via the Pertemps website. This service provides our clients and employees with less paperwork and a much easier sign-off process. It also give the client and employees an audit trail of recent completed and signed-off timesheets for summary.
